About the event
This month's featured speaker is Devin Stasek. Attorney Stasek is a graduate of Carthage College (magna cum laude) with a bachelor’s degree. She then graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2012 (magna cum laude). Attorney Stasek is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Racine County Bar Association, Racine-Kenosha Estate Planning Council, Racine-Kenosha Tax and Accounting Professionals, Wisconsin Bar Elder Law Section and NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys).
Her primary areas of practice include elder law (Title XIX/Medicaid), estate planning, probate, guardianships and marital property agreements. Devin has participated in 60+ Elder Law Clinic and Law Review and received Certificates of Merit (highest score) in estate planning, evidence and ethics.
