About the event
Our speaker this month is Amy Sichmeller of Wellmade Restorative.
Amy found herself on the brink of burnout as she sped through life trying to do it all. She found it almost impossible to balance career, family life, health and friendships. Societal norms told her it was normal to feel the way she was feeling, so she continued to push through and her health suffered. After a life-changing epiphany just prior to the pandemic, Amy decided to change career paths and create a business, Wellmade Restorative, that would allow her to focus on her own health and help others navigate their personal health journeys. Join us to hear Amy speak on the key to creating balance in your life and body and the role stress-management plays in your overall wellness.
