Kristi Schaeffer Kleutsch, Vice President of the firm is the 3rd generation of Schaeffer’s in the financial services business. A UW-Whitewater business graduate of marketing and recreation management, Kristi is a Certified Senior Advisor. She has been licensed and actively practicing since 1999, following a sports marketing career. Kristi and her husband Dan Kleutsch reside in Kenosha with their three children. Kristi is securities licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois, and 12 additional states. She is licensed in life, health, disability and long-term care insurance licenses. Her industry associations include Financial Services Institute, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, as well as Racine Kenosha Estate Planning Council.

Community involvements include: member of YMCA Kenosha Board of Directors, Harborside Governance board member, local schools volunteer, Girl Scouts of Southeast WI, WWBIC Advisory Council, Tempo Kenosha, Lord of Life Lutheran Church  volunteer and Sunday school teacher, faithful friend of Hospice Alliance, Women’s and Children’s Horizons, ELCA Outreach Center, Meals on Wheels  and additional local charitable causes.

Christine King, CFP, CRPC, CDFA, CKAChristine is a Private Wealth Advisor, Associate Vice President for Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC.  She is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner, Chartered Retired Retirement Planning Counselor, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and a Certified Kingdom Advisor. She specializes in fee-based comprehensive financial planning and asset management strategies. She has been in practice for 23 years. Her branch office is located in Brookfield, WI, and also maintains a comprehensive financial planning practice in downtown Kenosha. She is licensed in 14 states. Her areas of focus include: Divorce Financial Planning, Women’s Financial Strategies, Insurance, Family Finances, Wealth Preservation Strategies, and Estate Planning Strategies. She is a 2020 Five Star Wealth Manager Award winner. She has won this award every year since 2012.

Christine was raised in the Racine/Kenosha area. She recently returned home and lives in downtown Kenosha and loves it!  She earned her Bachelor Degree in International Business and Marketing from Carthage College in 1997. She is a proud alumna of Carthage and an avid volunteer. She serves on the Carthage College President’s Leadership Council and the Alumni Council.  Currently, she also is serving on the Carthage College 150 Years of Women campaign.

In addition, she is a member of Rotary Club of Kenosha-West. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and Make a Difference WI. Both organizations are devoted to increasing financial literacy and work-readiness in our education system. Christine is the Immediate Past President of Kenosha Women’s Network. Kenosha Women’s Network is a local non-profit who through their mini grant program helps empower women and children of Kenosha County.

When she can, she enjoys adding stamps to her passport and spending time with her family and friends.

Kelly Mould, J.D., CTFA, CWS, CDFA

Kelly Mould, J.D., CTFA, CWS, CDFAKelly is Senior Vice President, Wealth Fiduciary Advisor for Johnson Bank.  She is an attorney and a Certified Trust Financial Advisor, Certified Wealth Strategist and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.  She is also one of the winners of Johnson Financial Group’s Circle of Excellence Award provided to associates who excel in providing an exceptional client experience.

Kelly was born and raised in Racine Wisconsin, she graduated from the University Of Wisconsin Law School in 2011, is a Member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and has served on their Board of Governors representing Racine County.  Kelly also served on the Board of Governors for the Racine County Bar Association working diligently to build professional networks and increase the access to legal services for members of the Racine Community.  In 2016 Kelly won the Cynthia L. Murphy Community Volunteer Award for her service to the Racine Community. Kelly also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Electronic Media from Marquette University.

Previously, Kelly was an associate with Hostak, Henzl & Bichler S.C. with a focus on family law matters, guardianships and estate planning.  In 2012 Kelly also received a Judicial Appointment to serve as Guardian Ad Litem in Racine County handling family custody and placement, guardianship and juvenile court matters.

Kelly also was an executive for Time Warner Cable with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a reputation for exceptional management of people, products and technology. Her last role before embarking on a career in law was as Vice President of Customer Care for Time Warner Cable, Southeastern Wisconsin.

Kelly has a diverse professional background which includes extensive business experience and legal experience.   As a business leader and as an attorney she has consistently demonstrated an ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, develop strategic and creative solutions, facilitate negotiation and accomplish goals.

2019 Tempo Kenosha Scholarship

Scholarship Application Due May 24th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.

Tempo Kenosha is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation to provide a $1,500 scholarship for the continuing education of local women who are at least 21 years of age to attend Carthage College, Gateway Technical College, Herzing University or UW-Parkside to obtain an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

Applicant Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be an adult female learner at least 21 years of age
  • Applicants must be Kenosha County residents
  • Eligible colleges include Carthage College, Gateway Technical College, Herzing University and University of WI – Parkside
  • Applicants must be seeking a minimum of a 2-year degree (Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree)
  • Applicants must be either a child of an employee employed by a Chamber member or an employee of a Chamber member, and company must have been a member for at least 1 year
  • Applicants must provide at least 1 letter of reference
  • Applicants will be expected to attend at least one Tempo Kenosha luncheon to be recognized for their scholarship

Applicants must be available for interview on Monday, June 3, 2019

December Luncheon

December’s Speaker is Rita Ramacci!

Rita Ramacci has been in the food industry for more than 25 years opening her first business, Cookin’ Babes, in 1990. Over the next ten years, she and a partner built their business catering private parties, weddings and many events at the Kemper Center. Rita then moved on to work with Ladies Room 3 at one of Kenosha’s treasures, Frank’s Diner. In 2001 she opened Francine’s Fine Catering using the kitchen at Frank’s to prepare her food until she purchased her current location, 5147 33rd Avenue, in 2004.

After 3 months of renovation work with her father, Rita began utilizing her new kitchen. Rita focuses on corporate functions for area businesses including schools, museums and City and County events. She is the exclusive caterer for The Colergét Conference Center. In addition to her catering work Rita has also taught many cooking classes at the Kenosha Public Museum and as an adjunct at Gateway Technical College in the Culinary Arts program.

Prior to her career as a chef, Rita was a dress maker creating wedding dresses and costumes for the Madrigal feast as well as the Renaissance Fair. She earned a degree in Chemistry at the Metropolitan University in Denver, Colorado.

Annual Planting Event

We will be hosting the annual Planting Event on Wed. April 20th, 2016 at 6:00 pm.  This is our Fourth annual “Planting Party” at Anton’s Greenhouse 9140 Cooper Rd, Pleasant Prairie, WI.  Come for a fun night, learn about plants and create your own beautiful planter. You can event bring a bottle of wine along or a beer or two!

New this year – We’re expanding it beyond Tempo Members! Please invite a friend who enjoys gardening or would like to know more about Tempo Kenosha to join you!
